Fixed char/byte issue. Fix arrow jumping caused by too quick update. Remove bounds on wind direction graph. Added forecast.

SocketTimeout didn't work with SocketChannel, so just use Socket with DataInputStream instead. Modified some graph templates.

Draw ressie with compass overlaid. Draw wind arrow in correct direction. Explorer fix. Prettified data list showing only a few values.
