Get rid of spurious typo

Create OWL class hierarchy from codelist and link to SKOS concepts.

Record how things are generated.

Add common namespaces.

Use gss-utils create-transform to build CSVW transforms from table2qb config. Some fiddling.

Used https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Terminology_of_the_British_Isles to derive two overlapping hierarchies. Uses Wikidata IDs as codes.

Fix up SKOS so it's ok for reasoning.
