Enable SSDP responses over UDP. Initial MediaServer implementation. Camera discovers the server and starts the backup.

Simplify SSDP server. Fix common.py imports.

Code cleanup and store UUID configuration. PC AutoBackup on Windows uses the same UUID for every request. This may be important to help the camera determine what it already sync'd to the server.
