Added gadget.html. Added 'dump' method to output RRD database as XML. Cleaned up JSlint errors.

Fixed char/byte issue. Fix arrow jumping caused by too quick update. Remove bounds on wind direction graph. Added forecast.

Draw ressie with compass overlaid. Draw wind arrow in correct direction. Explorer fix. Prettified data list showing only a few values.
