#Read this for instructions on how the hell to install stuff

##Normal MC launcher: The "Files to copy into a .minecraft folder" contains two files - "mods" and "config".

Go into your .minecraft folder, and delete the mods folder (but not the config folder), then copy and paste both of the folders from the git repo back into the .minecraft folder.

The new config folder should merge with the existing one, and replace any files in it.
